You will need to:

  • A flexible ruler or tape measure
  • A string or strip of paper
  • A pen

Option 1

Use a flexible tape measure. With your palm open and facing up, wrap the measuring tape around your wrist. Write down your wrist measurement.

Option 2

Use a rope.With your palm open and facing up, wrap the rope around your wrist. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Then, place the rope on a flat surface and measure to the mark to determine your wrist size. Write down the measurement.
