RAIVE DISSENY, SL will manage your order so that you receive it within a period of 7 business days, (Monday to Friday)
*Due to the high volume of orders during campaign periods, delivery times may be delayed.

Delivery locations:
We currently send orders to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and countries belonging to the European Union, we make international shipments to America, Australia, Asia. We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla, nor to post office boxes.

Any order placed outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs and tariff charges, which are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs, and may vary depending on the regulations of each country.


Product Review

Please note that you assume the risk for the products you have ordered once shipping is completed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your rights, you are responsible for inspecting the product and notifying us of any complaints. In the case of defective products or disagreement with your request, you have the option of returning the defective product and we will refund the purchase price.


Availability and validity of the offer

We endeavor to stock all items offered on the website. In the event that you order products from us that are not in stock, we reserve the right not to accept the offer. You will be informed by email and any further payments will of course be refunded.


The prices and offers that appear on the website are valid at the time they occur, unless other specific terms on the website indicate otherwise. Pricing errors or spelling errors may occur.

 

Orders

The Online Store is open 24 hours a day. However, the store may be closed for maintenance.

 

Exchange and/or return policy

The maximum period for making returns is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order by the customer, as long as the corresponding incident has been stated on the delivery note or in orders.web.raive@raivejoyas.com

EXCHANGE OR RETURN FORM 

  1. If you want to make a size change, send the item and attach the purchase receipt specifying the new size you need. Size change is free.
  2. If you want to change the item, attach the delivery note or purchase invoice, noting the reason for the change. Return the item to the address indicated below and place a new order at raivejoyas.com
  3. If you want to return an item, send it to the address indicated below, specifying the reason for the return on the purchase delivery note.


In order to manage the exchange or return, it is essential that the item has not been used and is in perfect condition. It must be sent along with the delivery note or purchase invoice to the following address.

Any exchange or return must be made in its original packaging and must be inside a bag or wrapper that protects it during transport. It is necessary that both the product and the packaging reach us in perfect condition. You will receive the payment of the amount of your return to the same card or PayPal account that you used for the purchase once we receive the items.

The guarantee relating to damage caused by use or improper use is excluded, as well as in general all those excluded by current legislation.

 

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The relationship between RAIVE DISSENY, SL and the Client will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the Company's domicile.
