Refund policy

The maximum period for making returns is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order by the customer, as long as the corresponding incident has been noted on the delivery note or at info@raivejoyas.com

Any product that you want to exchange or return must always be done with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. Products that have been used, damaged or broken as a result of lack of care or negligence will not be accepted. No exchange or return will be accepted on personalized items.

Refunds will be made by transfer to the account indicated by the customer within 7 business days following the return of the purchase.
